SPECIFICATION
How it is prepared:
The fruits are picked from the cocoa tree, left to ripen and then cleaned, peeled, ground and fermented. Sugar and cocoa butter are added to the resulting cocoa mass to create dark chocolate. Milk is also used for milk chocolate.
